There is a time when you must block emails from anyone. Maybe because you don’t know her/him or just to prevent spammer as we know spammer always know how to pass spam filter. Sometimes you subscribe to any website but they don’t provide unsubscribed option and you don’t want receive their newsletter anymore so you must block it manually.
If you are a Yahoo user, you can easily block it and here I will share how to block email on Yahoo that you can block up to 500 emails for free. First you must know what email that you want to block and on Yahoo you must view header to know complete address because in standard view you can see sender name only. Just open an email from address that you want to block and click Gear icon from mail bar and click View Full Header and Full Header pop-up will appear and trace a sender address that sign with “From:” and next just copy it. Next to block it just access mail Options from top mail menu and click Mail Options and click Blocked Address.
Paste an address that you have copied before in Add an address form and click plus icon to add it to blocked addresses.
I like this feature so much and I hope it will help you to block specific mails too and surely you will not receive any emails from blocked address even in your spam folder. Enjoy it!
